Flytale
There was an old woman who swallowed a cow
I don´t know how- but she swallowed the cow!
She swallowed the cow to catch the dog
She swallowed the dog to catch the cat
She swallowed the cat to catch the bird
She swallowed the bird to catch the spider
that wriggled and jiggled and tickled inside her!
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly-
I don´t know why she swallowed the fly
perhaps she´ll die!
FLY TALE is a quirky and playful theatre version of the well known rhyme “I know and old lady who swallowed a fly”. A small wooden box is the theatrical toy which holds all the stories´ ingredients: a miniature garden, a saucepan with a peculiar stew, a moo and a neigh and other curious surprises...
